Specialties include fiber laser cutting, resistance welding, and metal assembly, FBF Inc. has been dedicated to quality since 1943. With a focus on precision and customized solutions, our Bucks County facility is equipped with over 25 stamping presses up to 750 Ton, CNC metal fabrication machines, and state-of-the-art fiber laser cutting. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Tool and Die Maker located in Southampton, PA. Competitive pay rates and benefits. The Tool and Die Maker will be responsible for creating and repairing precision tools and implementing specialized projects. Daily tasks involve setting up and operating equipment, interpreting technical drawings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality production standards are met. Qualifications

Proficiency in Tool and Die making, CNC machining.
Experience with medium to large progressive dies.
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and blueprint reading.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve tooling problems in the press.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience in manufacturing with must be on time deliveries.
Technical certification or apprenticeship in Tool and Die making is preferred.
