What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ductwork.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
- Support senior technicians in maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Learn to read blueprints and install according to specifications.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing learning initiatives.
- Represent Ashworth with professionalism and a positive attitude.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience in construction or related trades is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces, etc.).
- Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
