About Apprenticeship.com

Apprenticeship.com is building a website with the mission of connecting the apprenticeship community and raising awareness of apprenticeship and its benefits. It is a resource for students, recent graduates, parents, high school guidance counselors, work coaches and job centers.

Prospective apprentices can search for programs and work-based learning opportunities, and apprenticeship program employers, intermediaries and community colleges can recruit career seekers.

In addition to our education and outreach efforts, we conduct ongoing research in effective practices of making apprenticeship opportunities more equitable and accessible to minorities and underrepresented communities.

Our mission is to...

  • Help job seekers find apprenticeship employers and help apprenticeship employers reach career seekers in the United States.
  • Raise awareness of apprenticeship as a career option.
  • Increase access of apprenticeships to underrepresented and underserved populations and communities.

Apprenticeship.com makes it simple to find apprenticeships - browse programs, or search by location or career area. Unlike traditional job boards, Apprenticeship.com listings can stay posted indefinitely for continuous recruitment of cohorts, and can include text, images, videos, and links, so engagement can begin immediately.  Audiences include high school students, parents, school counselors and job centers and other career seekers.  Sponsors, intermediaries, and community colleges offering apprenticeships can showcase their apprenticeship programs.

By bridging the gap between apprenticeship seekers and program providers through a user-friendly platform, this initiative has the potential to significantly enhance the awareness and accessibility of the apprenticeship system.
